Our flexible packages are designed to meet a variety of needs—from full-weekend celebrations to intimate one-day events—all with access to our lakeside ceremony grounds and beautiful reception spaces.
Our new climate-controlled Event Hall allows us to host weddings year-round, with indoor options that remove the stress of unexpected weather. Whether you’re envisioning a cozy gathering or a large celebration, you’ll find a package that fits your style and guest count.
A 24-hour courtesy hold is available for your preferred date.
Packages and rates listed are valid for 2025 and are subject to change until officially booked. A refundable $500 damage and cleanup deposit is required in addition to your venue rental.
All-Inclusive Package
$8,000 | Friday–Saturday or Saturday–Sunday | Up to 300 guests
All-Inclusive Package includes:
- Two-day venue access for your rehearsal dinner, lakeside ceremony, and reception at either the Pavilion Complex or Cypress Hall
- Bride’s Escape — a private prep space for the bride and up to 15 guests, surrounded by scenic views of the lake and property
- Groom’s Getaway — a dedicated hangout space with patio access and exclusive time at Trophy Bass Lake for up to 15 guests
- Choice of ceremony arch — triangular, hexagon, or wooden cross
- PA system with microphone and aux cord for pre-recorded ceremony music at the lakeside ceremony grounds
- White garden chair seating for up to 300 ceremony guests
- Prep kitchen access for your caterer or event team
- Cocktail hour hosted at the Pavilion Complex
- Reception space options — celebrate under the 40×40 canopy tent with string lighting and white lanterns at the Pavilion, or opt for an indoor reception in Cypress Hall
- Reception furnishings — 20 guest tables, 8 high-boy tables, and a portable bar setup
- Full sound system — 2 wireless microphones and PA system with Bluetooth at your reception space
- Overnight stay in the Bridal Suite for a relaxing and private wedding night

Hall Package
$7,000 | Friday–Saturday or Saturday–Sunday | Up to 300 guests
Hall Package includes:
- Two-day access for your rehearsal dinner, ceremony at the Lakeside grounds, and reception at Cypress Hall
- Bride’s Escape — a private space for the bride and up to 15 guests, complete with lakefront views and natural surroundings
- Groom’s Getaway — a relaxing prep space with patio access and time by Trophy Bass Lake for up to 15 guests
- Ceremony seating for up to 300 guests
- Prep kitchen access for your catering team
- Café string lighting and use of the charming courtyard at Cypress Hall
- Reception furnishings — 20 guest tables, 8 high-boy tables, and a portable bar setup
- House audio system with Bluetooth capability
- Projector screen for slideshows or video displays
- Pre-event set-up and post-event break-down of tables, chairs, chandelier, bar, and more
- Golf cart shuttle to transport guests across the property

Pavilion Package includes:
- Two-day venue access for your rehearsal dinner, lakeside ceremony, and reception at the Pavilion Complex
- Bride’s Escape — a peaceful, lakeside space for the bride and up to 15 guests
- Groom’s Getaway — a private retreat with patio access and exclusive time at Trophy Bass Lake for up to 15 guests
- Ceremony seating for up to 150 guests
- 40×40 canopy tent with sidewalls, café string lighting, white nylon lanterns, and a central chandelier for evening ambiance
- Reception furnishings — 10 guest tables, 8 high-boy tables, and a portable bar setup
- Pre-event set-up and post-event break-down of tables, chairs, lighting, and décor
- Transportation — 15-passenger van for the wedding party and one golf cart shuttle for guests

- Pre-event set-up and post-event break-down of tables, chairs, chandelier, bar, and more

- Covered porch with views of the lake and surrounding grounds
